Agreement for the Provision of Educational, Informational, and Consulting Services

1. General Provisions
1.1. This document constitutes an official public offer made by ENI Alfiia Khabibullina (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") to enter into an agreement under the terms and conditions set forth below.
1.2. Acceptance of this Offer is deemed to occur upon payment for the Provider’s services by the Client.
1.3. By making a payment, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Offer.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Provider grants the Client access to educational materials, online courses, lessons, webinars, audio materials, and video materials for learning Russian as a foreign language.
2.2. Services are provided remotely through the website, learning platform, and other online services.
2.3. Course descriptions, curriculum, pricing, access periods, and available plans are published on the Provider’s website.
3. Access to the Course
3.1. Access to the selected course is granted after payment has been successfully received.
3.2. Access is provided for the period specified on the course page.
For example:
Standard Plan — 6 months
Professional Plan — 6 months
3.3. Course access is personal and may not be transferred to third parties.
3.4. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if course materials are shared with third parties.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
4.1. The cost of services is indicated on the website.
4.2. Payment may be made using one of the available methods, including:
Bank card
Stripe
Other payment methods specified on the website
4.3. Services are considered paid once the funds have been received by the Provider.
5. Rights and Obligations of the PartiesThe Provider agrees to:
Provide access to the purchased materials;
Ensure the functionality of the learning platform;
Provide support within the scope of the selected plan.
The Provider has the right to:
Modify the course structure without reducing its quality;
Update course materials;
Suspend access if the Client violates the terms of this Offer.
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate registration information;
Not share access credentials with third parties;
Use the course materials exclusively for personal educational purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All course materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6.2. The following actions are prohibited:
Copying course materials;
Distributing course materials;
Publishing course materials online;
Sharing course access with third parties;
Using course materials for commercial purposes without the Provider’s written consent.
6.3. Violation of intellectual property rights may result in suspension of access and legal action in accordance with applicable law.
7. Refund Policy
7.1. The Client may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course has been completed or viewed.
7.2. If the Client has accessed a substantial portion of the course materials, the service shall be considered properly rendered.
7.3. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
7.4. Refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Provider does not guarantee any specific learning outcomes.
8.2. Results depend on:
The Client’s initial level of knowledge;
Consistency of study;
Independent practice and effort.
8.3. The Provider shall not be liable for the Client’s inability to access or use the course due to issues related to equipment, internet connection, or software.
9. Personal Data
9.1. The Client agrees to the processing of personal data necessary for the provision of services.
9.2. Personal data will be used exclusively for:
Providing access to the course;
Communication with the Client;
Fulfillment of contractual obligations.
9.3. The Provider shall not disclose personal data to third parties except as required by applicable law.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. This Offer becomes effective upon its publication on the website.
10.2. The Provider reserves the right to amend this Offer without prior notice.
10.3. The laws of the country in which the Provider is registered shall govern the relationship between the parties.
10.4. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiations whenever possible.
